If you accidentally created two different accounts on Casebook Connect, the accounts can be combined by submitting a request with technical support and providing us with the following information:
- The two or more email addresses you used to set up your Casebook Connect accounts.
- The primary email account you want to continue using.
Combining the accounts will allow you to retain access to all products redeemed, as well as all annotations, outlines, case briefs, study center progress, and other materials present in all accounts.
