If you are having trouble using offline access for your Connected eBook, please review these common troubleshooting steps.
Are you unable to find your offline link?
- These issues can most often be resolved by visiting the "View All Offline Links" page.
- With an internet connection, log in to your account on Casebook Connect and open your Connected eBook.
- In the blue toolbar, click on the "Offline" menu, then "View All Offline Links."
- On this page, you can view all existing offline links for your Connected eBooks, including the browser and device where they must be used.
- Note: A Connected eBook can only be accessed offline in the browser and device where the offline link was generated.
- You can always regenerate your offline link by following these steps.
Are you receiving an error when trying to use your offline link without an internet connection?
- You must have an active login session at the time of using your offline link.
- The best way to ensure this is to login to your Casebook Connect account before going offline on the device where you want to use offline access.
- Simply leave the browser open at the time of removing your internet connection.
- Make sure this is also the device where you generated your offline link.
Are you having trouble generating your offline link?
- Please ensure you are following these steps to generate your offline link.
- If you have an existing offline link for your eBook, try offloading and regenerating the link.
- With an internet connection, log in to your account on Casebook Connect and open your Connected eBook.
- In the blue toolbar, click on the "Offline" menu, then "View All Offline Links."
- On this page, you can view all existing offline links for your Connected eBooks.
- Identify the link that is causing trouble, then click "Remove Offline Link."
- Return to your Connected eBook and follow these steps to regenerate your offline link.
- Try clearing your browser cache to free up space to store your offline content.
