Requesting Access
To request a Connected eBook access code, contact your Sales Representative.
Changing Account Type
If you have access to a student account, please Submit a Request and specify that you need to change your account to a Professor account. Please include your name and email. Please note we will need to verify your status as a professor before updating your account.
Redeeming an Access Code
If you have an access code, follow the instructions below.
If you have not yet registered for Casebook Connect:
- Go to www.casebookconnect.com
- Enter your access code in the field on the homepage.
- Click Register
- Follow the steps to complete your registration and verify your email address
Once you have registered for Casebook Connect, to redeem additional access codes:
- Log into www.casebookconnect.com
- On your dashboard, click to "+" icon on your bookshelf.
- Enter your access code and click “Redeem”
