The final exam will serve as our primary, final measure of your work in this program. Most questions assess your learning of important understandings, while some merely check whether you were paying attention at certain stages of the program. Overall, these questions will reflect the quality of your mind for law, so do your best!
The final exam is graded and timed. You have one hour to finish the exam, with an additional 5-minute grace period.
You will answer 30 questions. If you answer fewer than 17 questions correctly—or score below 57%—you will not qualify for the certificate.
You will have 1 attempt for each question. Answers, feedback, and scores will not be released during the exam.
There will be a detailed score report sent to you by Aspen Publishing after you complete this program. Use the Score Report on the About the Program document to understand how to interpret your score, engagement, and performance details.
